The Department of Health is hosting a webinar next week to brief service providers and assessors on the transition of Aged Care Assessment Teams to My Aged Care.

The webinar, to be held on 23 February, will provide an update on My Aged Care operations. ACAT transition, including differences in WA and Victoria and changes to service referral pathways.

The webinar continues its series of updates on the transition, which commenced this month.

ACATs have begun using My Aged Care to conduct comprehensive assessments and send electronic referrals to providers for residential care, transition care and home care packages.

Providers will have an opportunity to ask questions online during the live webinar.
