A study by the Australian Human Rights Commission says highly skilled individuals are being shut out of work opportunities because of underlying assumptions, stereotypes or myths to do with their disability.
It’s an issue Randy Lewis understands well. He successfully implemented a disability employment program at US pharmaceutical company Walgreens, when he was a senior VP and has since founded the non-profit initiative No Greatness without Goodness, which assists large employers in implementing inclusive employment programs.
