The 9th Health services and policy research conference was held from 7-9 December 2015 with the theme, From data to delivery: connecting research, policy and practice for better health outcomes.

The Centre of Research Excellence in Aboriginal Chronic Disease Knowledge Translation and Exchange (CREATE) provided the following presentations which are of relevance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health:
